severe storm slamming gulf coast

Time to rise and shine, sunshine!

I’m writing this as a number of states start to get their
drenching from what was Hurricane Ida. So let’s start there.

The storm is supposed to make landfall, officially, very
soon.
And even though it’s not a hurricane anymore, it has people
very worried.
Tune in for live pictures.

We are learning even more about the Ft. Hood shooting
suspect.
The feds are making what some see as a startling stand about
whether this was an act of terrorism.

Are you the parent of a young’un?
1 million strollers are being recalled. And some of these ain’t
cheap!

One of my pet peeves is having stories about executions in
the morning show.
Turns my stomach.
Can’t stand it.
I usually give such stories the boot.
Today though, we couldn’t do a good job of covering the news
without looking at the case of the DC sniper. He’s scheduled to
die tonight.
You will hear from his ex-wife this morning.

——

Oh, you are gonna like this story!
You will get free WiFi at nearly 50 airports starting
today!!
It won’t last forever though.

I’m contemplating recording the audio version of my book,
“Morning Sunshine”. Any interest?
See ya on the tube!
