slow lovin’ at the Meade house

how are you doing this a.m., rock star?

i got my hubby home from the hospital just in time for our 16th
wedding anniversary. my that man has put up with me for a long
time.

now that he’s convalescing and will see me more than
usual…it’ll probably seem like an even longer time to him. :)

——-

here’s what’s topping the news at the start of your week:
hurricane ida.
we just got new info on how its strength is changing.
plus, see where it is now and where it could be heading…on
the show.

——–

give us your clues.
the investigators of the fort hood shootings are asking
for things you might not normally think of.

why they need more information.

also:
we’re looking at the victims now that we’ve learned who they
were.

———

******you gotta give me your thoughts on this:
are we seeing a double standard in sports?
the female college student caught on tape pulling another
soccer player’s ponytail…is suspended indefinitely.
the male college student caught trying to allegedly gouge the
eyes of another player…is suspended just for a game. and at
first it was half a game.

so…is there a double standard?
discuss!

tear down that wall!
can you believe the fall of the berlin wall was 20 years ago
TODAY.
we’re pulling out that old tape…and giving it some
perspective, 20 years in the making.

———-

dvd price war!
more on which stores are involved…and how cheap cheap cheap!

———-

okay that’s what we’re working on. i’ll see you.
